The IALF General Assembly 2026 is set for May 5, right after the lab tours. This meeting is for IALF members only. For registration to this General Assembly the IALF president will send out a separate email to all IALF members.

The General Assembly is taking place at the facilities of the Provincial Winery Laimburg, a place representing the established wine culture of the region and hosting research centres and a school for agriculture and enology in the middle of apple orchards and vineyards.

Registered participants will meet at 11.30am in the Foyer of the Faculty of Engineering at NOI Techpark in Bolzano for taking a chartered bus to Laimburg.

Arrived there, the group will get a tour of the winery as well as the famous rock cellar where a lunch and wine tasting is awaiting the participants.

The General Assembly starts at 2pm with an expected duration until 5pm.

At 5.30pm a bus is again bringing all participants back to Bolzano where at 6pm the Welcome Reception is starting at SALEWA Bivac.

As we will end the day in a relaxed atmosphere at the Welcome Reception we recommend wearing business casual. Depending on the weather and temperature in the evening we also recommend bringing a light jacket.
